Great news!  We have now secured new premises back in the centre of Christchurch and have moved in over the weekend.  Our new premises are much larger than the temporary premises we have been in since the earthquake and will enable us to once again provide a full range of services to our customers.  The past 4 months have been difficult for us as we have struggled to cope with reduced space and facilities and we would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience over this time.

From Monday 13th June, 2011, Total POS Solutions will be operating from new premises at:

144 St Asaph Street (corner St Asaph Street and Durham Street)
Christchurch CBD

Plenty of customer parking available on site.

We will have a range of eftpos terminals, Casio cash registers, Quest, Swift POS and Ideal POS touchscreen systems all available for demonstration.

We are now operating our of our temporary offices. Our Service/Support and Sales staff are all on the road ready to help you with repairs or new equipment.  We can also provide rapid assessments of damaged stock for your insurance company.  Please remember to allow for 2 to 3 day delivery when ordering paper rolls.

 

Friday 25th February 2011

We now have a temporary office set up which will be operational from Monday 28th February.

We will do our best to get all our customers who have problems as a result of the earthquake up and running as quickly as possible.  Please take all precautions when starting to use your POS and eftpos equipment as there could be danger from exposed wires.  If you are in any doubt, please call us before switching on any equipment.

We ask that you only call us for problems that stop your business from running - in a few days we should have support in place for less urgent requests and we will post a message here when we have done this.

We have arranged for paper rolls to be delivered direct from our supplier to you from Monday 28th Feb.  There will be a 2 day delay between placing orders (which must be for full boxes only) so please allow for this when placing orders.

All our staff and their immediate families are safe following the massive aftershock that hit Christchurch yesterday.  Many have not been so lucky and our thoughts are with all Cantabrians who have been affected by this event.

We are working hard to get our office re-opened but access to the central city is restricted by Civil Defense and it may be some time until our showroom re-opens for our customers.  In the meantime we are setting up an operating base outside the inner city cordon.  All our staff and 7 of our 8 cars are outside the cordon so we are able to provide some degree of service to our customers.

The best way to contact us is by phone on 03 366 1090, however please note that this number now diverts to a single cell phone so there may be times when you will reach voicemail.  Please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
